Make it possible to use JAXB 2 plugins #45

The idea is to make it possible to include JAXB plugins into generation process.

What is basically required is an additional configuration directive, that allows misc classpathentries to be added, e.g.

...

-extension -Xdefault-value -Xfluent-api jaxws\default-value-plugin.jar jaxws\fluent-api-plugin.jar
