What the test directories mean in MTOM

In tango/qe-tests/mtom

interop - contains all the normal interop test suite (all 3 combinations between tango and indigo) interop-109 - contains all the normal interop test suite (only 2 combinations between tango and indigo) - tango2indigo doesn't make sense interop-ejb - contains all the normal interop test suite (only 2 combinations between tango and indigo) - tango2indigo doesn't make sense test - contains the xtest configuration files

inside the mtom; interop, interop-ejb, interop-109 directories have this structure. config - common config files like targets definitions etc. src - where all test source files are contained.

subdirectories are intuitively named.

What the testcase directory names mean.

mtom - soap11 prefix means soap11 and similarly for soap12 signenc, signonly, security keywords mean secure testcases. aug04 suffix means member submission all soap12 testscases are wsa enabled.

Commenting out tests to run in MTOM

ant clean server - builds and deploys the service ant localendpoint - builds and runs the client against the locally deployed service ant client run - runs against indigo service which is mentioned in the setup-props.xml

ant rund - runs in debug mode and run -Dhttp.log=true - dumps the http transport dump with soap messages on the console

If you feel that these instructions "clutter" the issue, then perhaps you should use our test4u testing infrastructure already provided for you in the original posting. seems to me that clicking on one "start" button on a url/web page is a pretty straight forward method to reproduce these failed results. the cloned composite test4u testrun has been modified to run only the MTOM 109 Interop tests, so it won't run tests from other non-relevant modules.

Lastly, I've already provided instructions on how to remove tests not relevant to the issue. Have you followed those instructions and found them not to work? The instructions provided allow you to execute the tests to reproduce the failed errors using ant scripts, have you followed those instructions and found them not to work?
