nbproject for rt build depends on missing xmldsig.jar

When opened in NetBeans the rt project from the metro 1.3 snapshot bundle has a dependency on the library ../lib/xmldsig.jar. This jar is not present in the lib directory, nor is it needed for the build.

• Open the WSIT Runtime project in NetBeans.
• Right-click on the project in the Projects navigator and select Properties.
• Select the Libraries category.
• In the list of compile-time libraries, search for the entry "Broken reference: xmldsig.jar". Select that reference and click the Remove button.
• Press OK and allow NetBeans to regenerate the build-impl.xml.
