osm to obj #31

may i know if this tool can convert osm file(open street map file) to obj?

This is not a "tool", it is a library. It can be used to read and write OBJ files. When you have OBJ data in memory, then it will probably be "easy" to write OBJ data with this library. But I assume that you're asking for much, much, much more than this library is intended for.
