Bars do not refresh when adding spells/macros for active macroset #3

When the selected macroset in the MacrosetMapping view is the same as the Active Macroset, there should be a Action Bars refresh initiated so that the new item(s) appear on the live action bars.

Issue was I was accounting for all of the situations when activating a mset related to the Activate button or Activate window, neglected when the selected macroset definition == active macroset definition
