Feat: Update to CSS to improve

This should do the following: close #266

Preserve reasoning for having styled p elements within .admonition-content. Fix: Mostly fix .source-view and reading view discrepancies caused by mathjax containers for all but the most severe of edge cases which we can address at that time.
Switched over fully to main.scss so css can be compiled/read by release. Feat: Nested SCSS elements. Chore: Converted some px to rem's to help maintain consistency across changing screen sizes, which seem to also be a mechanism for changes between LP and reading.
