BREAKING CHANGE: This item is a breaking change as it would break the current CSS of all Layouts.

I think I did this right?

Once clarified, this would close #200. After approval but before merging in, I would like some time to notify layout creators so their css can get updated. There may be some last minute feedback from them. Elsewise, their PR's can be pulled into the same release as this change.

This would also close #230
