[Feature Request] Ability to specify linked header block-id for markers defined through frontmatter #356

Currently markers defined through frontmatter always link to the full note in which the marker is defined.

It would be useful to be able to also specify the header or block-id on the page to which the marker should link to override the default so that hovering or clicking a marker links directly to a relevant subsection of a note.

One potential approach would be to simply add an option to define the marker link as a regular obsidian link. While that would also allow linking to different notes than the one defining the marker in the frontmatter, that doesn't seem like a big issue and on the other hand allows simply using the regular link syntax.
