What are we changing or adding?

Entire Readme

The issue is...

The readme has grown into a monstrous size. However, it is used by multi-international users and holds a translation. It is unrealistic to move the entirety of the readme to Publish as its unrealistic to maintain multiple translations on one publish site.

Suggestions?

Beyond a cleanup, a wiki may be a good way to store the extra information and leave it easily able to be updated by translators.

Anything else?

This will take some serious planning. I am aiming for next weekend but if the solution is not right, I will push it further.
