Line numbers not correctly aligned with text

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start the tester.
2. copy/type many lines so that scroll bars appear 
3. set cursor back to top
4. Scroll to end without moving the cursor

The last line is not correctly painted.  The numbers may not be correctly 
aligned to the text.  When you click to move the cursor, the line numbers 
will "jump".

I'll also try and add line bookmarks and better line numbering.

Found a component that works around all of these and incorporating it in 
jsyntaxpane
