Sonar82 finterprint fix #1

Make fingerprint in codeclimate json consistent (its free in gitlab now) + added severity (new gitlab 13.7 feature)

tests needs to be adjust.

@javamachr JFYI, this is not in master branch yet.

Right, I just merged sonar82 to master, fixed tests and rebuilt 4.3.0 release.
