• [ ] Just curious, with the rest of the mismatched-dashes you went with the majority, but in the case of winter-tide you went with the minority. Why?
• [x] The colon inside the quote (among men:”) in the epilogue should be outside the quote; editorial.
• [x] Commit ff8cac9, Fix mismatched quotes, is correcting issues caused by british2american, so should be editorial. The message should also probably reflect that (that's it's fixing british2american issues).
• [x] Since Apollonius' name is Greek, I believe we need the alternate script version, i.e. Ἀπολλώνιος Ῥόδιος, in the metadata, see SEMoS 9.11.5.
• [x] For the CSS, let's differentiate the "custom" portion of the CSS from the SE standard poetry CSS, i.e. move the "span:first-child" down to the bottom in its own section. It makes it clear to anyone else looking that we're overriding SE's standard poetry CSS.

For mismatched dashes, I leaned towards using the dictionary spelling if it was in M-W.

Well, I only asked because we don't normally mess with dashes on poetry, regardless of M-W. But I don't know that it's a big deal; I'll mention it when I hand it over to Alex.

And, I am SO sorry, but I apparently totally misremembered british2american (I think I've only had to run it on one production). I thought running it was editorial, but it's not, at least in the Step by Step guide. And if it's not, then the corrections to it don't need to be, either. I would update it myself to save you the hassle of fixing my mistake, but messing with your repository would be compounding things. :) If you would, please change it back, and then I'll give it to Alex.

Yeah normally I wouldn't mess with dashes in poetry, but as far as the procedure goes, the guidance is "Dashes in words should be normalized to one or the other style." So given the option of doing one or the other, I chose "other". :) Anyway, I'll be glad to leave it to you editors to decide.
