BTStack GPS 1.9 Seems to Not Work on iPad 4 with OS 8.1.2 #444

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. BTStack set for Bluetook
2. Bluetooth setting on
3. BTStack GPS can't find any device

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would like to see either Android phone GPS detectable or Tom Tom mk II gps as 
detectable.  Both have been set to discoverable through appropriate applications

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Samsung Galaxy S5 with Android OS 4.4.4
ShareGPS
iPad 4th Generation Jailbroken with TaiG and iOS 8.1.2
