Hello,

How about to publish the current translation? Seems it's 80%+ finished.

iliakan commented 3 years ago

@joaquinelio if you agree, I can start working on it.

@iliakan Ehmm... Maybe this comment is aimed to the unpublished French repo?

Thanks for your interest anyway, I don't feel lonely anymore.

I didn't get this.

spanish https://es.javascript.info/ is online and working wath d you mean UI phrases?

iliakan commented 3 years ago

I mean publish the ebook, sorry for not making myself clear.

50% of the money goes to active translation maintainers (Spanish version isn't as visited as English now, but hopefully more people will read it and support the project).

Translate this please.

oh. I see

edited: I'm on it I saw the sample on the English site

iliakan commented 3 years ago

Yes, most phrases are from https://javascript.info/ebook.

"Built at" is inside the epub/pdf file, says when the book was built from the text source. So that a person may see if it's up to date.

Translated, I think it's ok. es.zip

Unless @vplentinax has something to fix, do you want to check?

iliakan commented 3 years ago

This section where/how are they used?

payment_for: "Pago por" ? "pago para" ? payment: Pago pay: Pago? Pague? Pagar?

iliakan commented 3 years ago

I think:

payment_for: "Pago por" ? "pago para" ? - not sure, it's Payment for something, e.g. ebook
payment: Pago
pay: Pagar ("to pay")
joaquinelio commented 3 years ago

en.zip

The country EE.UU. or EUA For money I like USD better, (line 33 in the first zip?)
I dont feel comfortable with $, ARS use same symbol (peso). It's clear anyway, it's OK

I think payment_for: Pago por

joaquinelio commented 3 years ago

I apologise 1) I missed "stripe" as if it were a name -> "Tarjeta". Where is it? Found a "Pay with Stripe", changed. "Pago con tarjeta"

2) I'd use "u$d", (or the finantial ISO sandard "USD"). Our symbol for peso ARS is the same " $ ".
