Update README with contribution and translation guidelines #1953

Updated the README file to include new sections on how to contribute and how to assist with translations. The addition of these sections aims to encourage more community involvement and to make it easier for contributors from non-English speaking backgrounds to participate. Also refined existing content for better clarity.
