theme_files.py 的替代方案 #93

模板文件还是放在 themes/theme_name/templates 
里，而静态文件则放在 themes/theme_name/static 目录
在 app.yaml 里加入：

- url: /themes/(.*)/(.*)
  static_files: themes/\1/static/\2
  upload: themes/(.*)/static/(.*)

我的 Tublog 原先是用你的 theme_files.py 
的，现在替换成以上方案，经测试没有问题。

theme_files.py 的功能是为了支持zip打包形式的主题包吧，
不过这样的性能好不好，值不值得是另外一个讨论问题了，��
