Ignore case when getting response headers with prefix #171

HTTP header names should be case insensitive according to RFC 2616

Hello. Is it going to get merged? The library doesn't work behind Istio Envoy Proxy.

Just to add: We've been using a forked version with the change in this PR since september 2019 without problem.
