X-Account-Meta-Temp-URL-Key has fully capitalized word, failing metadata fetch #174

Previously, the key "X-Account-Meta-Temp-Url-Key" is now stored as "X-Account-Meta-Temp-URL-Key" (with full caps URL).

Change the system to read Metadata fields as lowercase.

When searching metadata, first lowercase the search term.
