Feature request: integrate another accent dictionary file #16

I found this project that has accent information for 124,137 words, but it's in number notation. It shouldn't be too hard to combine this with the current file, but I'm swamped atm. It'd be great if you could find a way to merge these/convert number notation to the same format as NHK.

@weirdalsuperfan I have implemented a parser for this data for jmdict-kindle based on the parser here. You could use mine, or add my changes to this repo.
