Fix running without Japanese add-on #20

Even though we no longer rely on the Japanese add-on being present at all times, we would get an exception when it was not installed due to the submenu not being present.

@weirdalsuperfan Just to keep you in the loop on this small / trivial fix. You can "Rebase and merge" if you are happy with the change and commit message.
