I thought the schema should have different features only "managed" WordPress hosting companies provide to distinguish companies offering more WP-focused services than fits-for-all shared hosting. So for example instead of having the only option "managed" / "unmanaged", I would have at least some of the following fields:
Managed PHP updates to indicate if the host provides automatic major PHP version upgrades (e.g. 8.2 -> 8.3), and if they do automatic functionality testing (e.g. rollback if the site breaks on update)
