New asdus and asdu design #9

Add ASDU to read manufacturer code and device info.
Add ASDU to read date and hour og the device.
Move causa_tm and length fields to be specified by every ASDU that needs to do so.
Calculate cualificador_ev value from the length of the message data.

This PR includes @ecarreras #8 PR.
