Missing method TriggerField#onTriggerClick #157

The TriggerField#onTriggerClick method is not exposed.  Without it custom 
TriggerFields cannot be implemented as the Ext library expects sub-classes 
to override this.

(not a problem for the ComboBox and DateField as these rely on the native 
implementation).
