Empty page with refresh on BorderLayout panel #426

Steps:
1. Create a simple example with panel with border layout (you can use code
from "Basic Border Layout" example)
2. Run it, and open the page within FireFox 3+
3. Try clicking refresh, Ctrl+refresh or hit Enter in address bar

Usually, the panels in border layout cannot be seen on the page. Just
sometimes it works fine. (I get the first blank page after clicking refresh
button)

gwtext: 2.0.5, JSext: 2.0.2, gwt: windows-1.5.2
Windows Vista
FireFox 3.0.3

Also tested on IE and Safari - page is messed up there to, but it is kind
of visible (RegionPosition.CENTER panel disappears)

I have same problem on windows xp firefox 3.
