PasteLink is not shown as an option in the popup menu

The popup menu that is show when the user clicks the right buttom on the 
simbolic view does not show the PastLink option, as it should.

Tonatiuh has been changed to show Paste_Link action to the popup menu. A 
shortcut 
can be added to this action if it is needed.
