Add some options for brightness #5

On my Ryzen 3700U (Vega 10) notebook, underwater, night and rainy weather appear extremely dark. It would be great to be able to change the brightness for these parts.

Hello.

I have added options to adjust the brightness at night, and improved the underwater lighting.

I have not included your commit proposal, because I had already made changes that were not included in the last public commit, and because the suggestions worked "crazy" under certain conditions.

Hope the current solution will satisfy you.

You can check the "Darkness options" screen in the advanced options.
