Underwater has no fog #66

When I go underwater, there is no fog whatsoever, regardless on if I have fog on or not. Please fix this

If you mean the fog of the world outside the water, then it is a normal consequence of the way the shader works.

@javiergcim I think they mean fog in the water. I'm having the same issue. Here's a picture:

(extra info if this helps at all: Minecraft 1.19.2, Forge 43.3.7, Oculus 1.6.9, MakeUp 8.9)

This shader runs great on my computer and looks really nice otherwise, I just find this one thing distracting. I'm really hoping there's a fix. Thank you!
