Markdown ran through VS Code Markdown lint. Minor bits of spelling corrected.

You are leaking your vscode config files, not that this one is important there is just a list of words to ignore while spellchecking, but you should be careful with that.

I've amended the .gitignore to exclude the .vscode files Also cleaned it up by removing the large number of unused node exclusions
