Weapon Trait Roll even when weapon empty #695

If the swade core is set to use ammunition the BR 2 will still roll the fight/shoot even if the clip/magazine/ammo is empty. This doesn't happen if you use the swade core roll fundtion.

Yes, it is that way by design. It shows a warning telling you that it has no ammo, but it lets you fire anyway.
