Also added PHPStan (at max level) and PHP-CS-Fixer, and CI with GitHub Actions.

Hi Hugo, do you want to keep on supporting this project? I leave using it some years ago and I can not take over it now.

Hi Javi!

I don't use Nexmo and this bundle personally, but a project from our company @yproximite does, so I don't think it would be a good idea to make "only me" a maintener. A better solution for everyone, I think, would be to deprecate this bundle for our fork https://github.com/Yproximite/nexmo-bundle. This way our company can still maintain it since we use Nexmo (cc @tristanbes).
