ipega error on Nexus 4 running 4.3 (bt socket connect failed)


What version of BluezIME are you using?

Last available on the play store

What Android device do you have? What Android version?

Nexus 4 running 4.3 (stock)

What gamepad are you using?

Ipega

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.installed HIDenabler and BluezIME
2.tried pairing the device both under settings and in the IME app
3.get BT socket connect failed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I need BluezIME to connect to the pad but instead I get the BT socket connect 
failed error

Please provide any additional information below.
