Calculate Modular Credits not calculated correctly #3

In the application, i am given the ability to grade a module as withdrawn, as such this should not count towards my Modular Credits. However, the application still counts it.

Though this could be implemented in a future update, so we consider this to be a FeatureFlaw which is NotInScope.
