let's say you have a form like

Q1.What is your favorite pet?
1. Dog
2. Cat
Q2. Is [ANSWER TO Q1] your favorite pet?
1. Yes
2. No
3. Don't know

Q1. ¿Cuál es su mascota favorita?
1. Perro
2. Gato
Q2.  Es [ANSWER TO Q1] a su mascota favorita?
1. Sí
2. No
3. No se

if you use an output in the question text, there is currently no way to have it 
refer to the multilingual label.
