ODK Build -- loading preset bulk edit options fails #503

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Define a list of options using bulk edit 
2. Load the preset list for a choose one/select multiple
3. Hit apply

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see the saved preset list populate the key/value table or at least 
show up in the choose one/select multiple widget definition. Instead nothing 
happens everything remains blank--no alerts of error 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ODK Build 0.85, tried on Firefox and Google Chrome

Please provide any additional information below.
It used to work--not sure what earlier version it was though.

Deleted the problematic preset list and recreated it--now works as expected. 
Curious what the underlying issue was...
