Ability to collect signatures via the touchscreen of the device #721

It would be of great benefit in a number of ways if ODK Collect could allow one 
to collect a client's signature.

Specifically, if a question had a button (similar to the buttons generated for 
picture taking or GPS location), that kicked into signature taking mode - full 
screen, like picture-taking mode. The client would sign on the touch screen, 
and then the surveyor would press the checkmark button, returning to ODK 
Collect, with the signature appearing as an image below the button (just like 
picture taking mode).

Forms uploaded with signatures would have small image files (or something 
standard, not sure if there is a standard esignature format) as part of their 
upload.

ODK Collect 1.2.1 has signature support. See 
http://opendatakit.org/help/form-design/examples/ under capture signature for 
an example.
