mjpg_streamer FAILED to start

1.I've just succsessfully installed mjpg_streamer with "# ipkg install 
http://rt-n56u.googlecode.com/files/mjpg-streamer_r63-3_mipsel.ipk"

2.If I try to start it with /opt/etc/init.d/K99webcam start, I have "Starting 
mjpg_streamer . [FAILED]

3.
Firmware is 3.0.3.8-81 miniDLNA. 
Result of ls /dev/video* is /dev/video0
Web camera is connected and it's Logitech HD C270.

Where can I look at logs? What should I check?

Can it be connetced with NTFS file system on USB external drive, which is 
mounted to /opt ?

There is another strange thing. Trying to start mjpg_streamer directly gives me 
next result:

# /opt/sbin/mjpg_streamer -b -i "/opt/etc/webcam/input_uvc.so -d
 /dev/video0 -r 800x600 -f 25 -q 80" -o "/opt/etc/webcam/output_http.so -p 9999"
-sh: /opt/sbin/mjpg_streamer: not found

BUT

# ls /opt/sbin/
mjpg_streamer

Changing file system to EXT3 did't give result. it looks like I'm alone with my 
issue ((

What package system do you use?
(http://my.router/Advanced_AiDisk_others.asp - Entware or Optware?)

Show the output of:
ls -ld /opt/sbin/mjpg_streamer
ldd /opt/sbin/mjpg_streamer
