RT-N56u Router

Question for Padavan...are you still working on this router or have you moved
on to other routers? I was just wondering as I haven't seen new firmware
updated for afew months...

and the Inquiry for SoulBlader what are the changelog for your firmware(s)? I
just downloaded the Sept15 build 3.4.3.8-084 base and seen you may have updated
the kernal back to x.4.x.x as Padavan used last year/early this year and
downgraded it back because it didn't work right? And I seen you are updating as
I type this to a Sept.16 build I was wondering what all do you/can you change
in builds that are almost updated daily?

Thanks both of you.

Well, it is not my firmware. You can find commits to the repository on
https://code.google.com/p/rt-n56u/source/list. Basically, the script on
rt-n56u.soulblader.com checks if there are any new commits in the repository
and builds images. Image configurations are predefined in configuration files
which could be found in trunk/configs/templates of the working copy.

There is 'cvsrev' in http://rt-n56u.soulblader.com/files/current/build.txt. So,
this build contains all changes till 'Rev' on
https://code.google.com/p/rt-n56u/source/list.

Oh, alright...so it is stable enough to not have much problems? I don't have
any AC wireless devices so I'm holding off on RT-AC87u router at the moment and
I bought a RT-N66u earlier in the summer, but returned it the next day because
it didn't perform as well as the 56u does...and Padavan firmware is way better
performing than stock AsusWRT is that stock firmware seems to slow my wifi down
to almost 2Mbps when I get full 100Mbps on Padavan stuff
