WAN down not trigger USB modem connect

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have usb modem connected to RT-n65U and configured it propertly - internet 
working over it. It is "backup" internet connection
2. Main internet connection is over WAN port on router. 
3. I have configured that if wan is down, usb modem have to connect to internet.
4. I have internet detector configured to allways pooling if router have 
internet connection and if no, then WAN reconnect after xx seconds.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is if router WAN is down (not internet access), usb modem have 
to connect to internet. But, this isnt working. Router WAN still reconnecting, 
but no trigger to usb modem internet connection. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RT-N65U on 084 nightly from 3 days back. 

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
If you have connection problem, then syslog file is required. (please do
attach it as a file)
Note that if there will be a poor problem description the issue status will
be changed to 'Invalid'!

I found switch at internet detector page, so I configured it to switch usb-wan 
if wan down. So, Im waiting for next wan down situation and post back how it 
worked.
