Client list empty for wireless, although computers are connected to router

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Client status no longer displays anything for wireless, the icon says 1 
connected, the list shows none, but there is at least one connected.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Client list should display all connected computers/clients.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8.1 Pro x32

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
If you have connection problem, then syslog file is required. (please do
attach it as a file)
Note that if there will be a poor problem description the issue status will
be changed to 'Invalid'!
