Unused uPNP rules cannot be deleted manually through Windows File Explorer anymore #1368

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. delete (unused) UPNP rule listed and accessible through windows(8.1) file 
explorer
2. reopen list to check and UPNP rule is back in the list and cannot be deleted
3. "autoclean" UPNP rules set to 20 in RT-N56U web ui.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
usused and manually deleted upnp rule to be deleted

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RT-N56U_3.4.3.8.-085 (previous versions works ok in this respect)

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
If you have connection problem, then syslog file is required. (please do
attach it as a file)
Note that if there will be a poor problem description the issue status will
be changed to 'Invalid'!
