Included openvpn version crashes with no encryption

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select none as the Encryption Cipher Algorithm

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tunnel comes up and able to have traffic.
Instead the tunnel doesn't come up due to opnvpn crashing:
message "openvpn-cli[pid]: Assertion failed at crypto_openssl.c:523" appears  
in the log
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.4.3.9-091

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
If you have connection problem, then syslog file is required. (please do
attach it as a file)
Note that if there will be a poor problem description the issue status will
be changed to 'Invalid'!
According to https://community.openvpn.net/openvpn/ticket/473 this openvpn bug 
was fixed in the next version 2.3.7 :).
