Using Network Traffic- Realtime #864

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select network traffic realtime
2. Switch to ANY other tab in browser
3. Scroll page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
System lags (CPU use doubles briefly to 10%) regularly every time the traffic
graph refreshes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using 061 on Win7 using Firefox (tried v16, v20, v22)

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
As you monitor realtime traffic and switch to another tab, scrolling the new
page will lag every 2-3 secs regulary. Mouse movement does NOT lag.

Don't know what they use for Shibby tomato graphing but it has zero lag on a
slower computer and router.

This is not Tomato firmware. Tomato used SVG.

Highcharts can use SVG to render right?

Checked Github and Highcharts forum for any mentions of CPU spiking on realtime
in browser..not much said. Anyone else can replicate this?....it's easy to
test.
