TASK: Update react and react-dom to version 16.x #88

Updating the react dependencies and add version 16.x also to the peer dependencies.

The PR for issue 75 has conflicts and the prop-type and test suite stuff has been already merged in the past. So only the dependency is left to be react 16.x compatible.

Not at the moment :( also waiting for this to upgrade in my project.
