What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Disable ICE
2.Call Audio/Video from Imsdroid to Imsdroid
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See video and hear voice

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r703 of Doubango and r495 of Imsdroid

Please provide any additional information below.

Sony Erisson Arc S call to Sony Erisson S
The attached file is capture on Server( Media Proxy ) in case of enable ICE and 
disable ICE
