Added prosthetic limbs the the medical techfab

Why It's Good For The Game

When people are going around bombing everyone to death medical can actually give people replacement limbs after the starting ones run out. They cost 1000 Metal each

The paths and ids on that page are all lower case not camel case. I changed mine to that
