About The Pull Request

Moved seeds to immediately before exotic seeds in the list Lowered prices on plasteel because they were ridiculously high. Changed standard costume to clown costume crate, and made it not restricted Added a handcuff crate costs 2000 and contains 4 handcuffs

Why It's Good For The Game

Prices for plasteel were way too high, now people might actually buy them. Added some packs for various departments that are filling missing niches.
