Reduces the final step of all organ repair surgeries to be the same time as organ manipulation except for the brain which is twice the time. Increases the decay time of organs to 6 minutes for the heart, 40 for the brain, and 30 for everything else.
Why It's Good For The Game
No one wants to sit in medbay for ten years while they wait for doctors to finish replacing the organs of five other patients so I've made it so now repairing damages to under 180 is all it takes for most people to be revived and even people who've been sitting around for a while still only need to have a coronary bypass to be revived.
