Re-enables Cybersun spawner, with new instructions. #45

Tells you to not go to the station. Cybersun spawner is a lot of fun, turning your ship into an impenetrable fortress is a great time, but usually people just use it to murderbone. This PR prevents that by reassuring people that Cybersun spawners are NOT antagonists!
