Add ShutdownReaction to the EmulationController's reactions. #27
A shutdown reaction would essentially be for allowing gestures to shut down the KinectController. It'd be good for debugging purposes. It's also really annoying when gestures get triggered as you're going to shut off the program. So I think that most anybody would want this with the program.
