Make the NITE and OpenNI documentation easily accessible to the project! #8

There is some documentation with the OpenNi and Nite projects that we are using.

I extracted the documentation from the above projects. The first one for the OpenNi documentation and the second for the Nite documentation.

Note: The OpenNi jars/dlls that are being used are from the 2nd link above and the OpenNi documentation comes from the 1st link above. This means that the OpenNI documentation is potentially wrong if occipital has altered OpenNi's general api.
